  Nous n'avons reçu aucun code d'entrée dans l'immeuble, ni l'étage ou encore le numéro de l'appartement, mais seulement le code d'entrée de l'appartement. Une fois entrée, il n'y avait pas la clé de l'immeuble qui aurait dû s'y trouver. Par ailleurs, l'une des lampes, un des stores et l'une des lattes du canapé lit étaient cassés. Enfin, le matin du dernier jour, il n'y avait plus d'électricité (sauf une lampe et le frigo, rien d'autre ne fonctionnait). C'est inadmissible pour le prix payé.

  comfortable stay in Madrid

  The location was great, with a metro station nearby that made it really easy to get around Madrid. There were also plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, it was a nice, quiet neighbourhood and the building itself was very peaceful.

  The apartment could use a few updates, particularly when it comes to the furniture, as some of it felt a bit dated and made the space feel a little stuffy. We also found that the A/C in the main bedroom wasn’t nearly as strong as the one in the living room and didn’t seem to be working properly. Other than that, our stay was good!

  Es un departamento para dos. O tres si se utiliza el sofa cama dle living, que como sofa es pésimo El aire acondicionado del dormitorio tenía el drenaje tapado, y un balde para contener el agua en la zona del dormitorio donde perdía. Por las noches puse toallas para no escuchar el goteo

  Score: 1/10 Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing and far below the standard advertised. Before our arrival, we requested a baby cot through the Booking.com chat on 5 June and received confirmation that it would be available. However, no cot was provided at check-in, and we were later wrongly told that it had never been requested and that we had not paid for it, despite the written confirmation in the Booking.com chat. The apartment was booked for four guests, but the second bed (sofa bed) was not prepared upon arrival, causing unnecessary inconvenience. The most serious issue was the air conditioning in the bedroom, which leaked water continuously throughout our stay. We reported the problem immediately and repeatedly, providing photos and videos. Despite being told it would be repaired, the leak continued until we checked out. We had to clean the water ourselves several times, and the constant dripping noise throughout the night prevented both us and our children from sleeping properly. The apartment also smelled of cigarette smoke, while the bathroom had a persistent mould and urine smell, making the accommodation unpleasant. Customer service was particularly disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the documented issues and trying to resolve them fairly, our concerns were repeatedly dismissed, and we received responses that contradicted the evidence we had already provided through Booking.com. We were also required to pay a security deposit, but it was not clearly communicated before or during our stay that the refund process could take several days after check-out. This lack of transparency created additional inconvenience and unnecessary uncertainty. We have opened an official complaint with Booking.com and supplied photos, videos, and the message history supporting our claims. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this property.
