    Hotel baja categiria y mal servicio. Ausencia de personal en la casa para informacion

    No me gusto. Nunca hay nadie en la casa. No se tiene ayuda psra nada. Es frio y con cobijas muy delgadas. La casa no es bonita

    I have mixed feelings about the hotel

    We were a little bit confused. It is great value for money with the wellness area and breakfast. Some details are excellent (wide selection for breakfast, pool with mountain views, nice smell in the halls) but on the other hand some details are very poor and definitely not 4*hotel like

    Very noisy - when somebody upstairs went to the bathroom, we were thinking he is directly in our room. Both doors in saunas were getting stuck - very dangerous btw. Horrible eggs for breakfast - dry and no salt at all, so we weren’t motivated to stay for pricey dinner. On arrival we got a welcome drink coupon but could use it only with dinner. The staff was professional but not really friendly and didn’t speak English very well.
