    Really nice

    The hotel is adorable and very clean. I would say impeccable. Karen and Juan, the owners, are really nice, and the location is good.

    It’s a pricey, although everything is expensive in the Hamptons this time of the year. The rooms could have TV and a small refrigerator.

    Lesson learned, never again

    History and cleanliness

    I got a message from the owners asking me about who is going in and out of my room although it was just my sister and niece dropping our guest to the room. They insisted that it was three people sleeping in the room although they didn’t even go into the room only dropped the guest at the entrance. Also the fact that you are monitored by cameras and contacted at 1am by phone about your stay is just too creepy for my liking. Shame because the location is beautiful.
