    HOTEL QUI NE MERITE PAS 5 ETOILES. LES PRIX SONT TRES ELEVES. PAS DE PERSONNEL BILINGUE

    Tout était presque bien , des fois le nettoyage était du vite fait et pour un 5 etoiles, le prix est hyper eleve et il y a toujours des surprises sur le paiement, des taxes et des frais deja payes dans le prix et qui réapparaissent dans la facture finale. je me suis senti un peu abuse. les restaurants vraiment tres, trop chers et la patisserie n en parlons pas. j avais un credit de genius et jamais je n ai eu l information a la reception. Donc j ai toujours tout paye. cet hotel me parait sur evalué.

    Tout était bien, sauf quelque chose d important à la réception est que lorsque vous ne parlez pas anglais ça devient très compliqué . Je suggère que vos personnels soient capables de parler les 3 langues principales. L anglais, le français et l espagnol. Le deuxième problème est que lorsque vous passez par une application type trip, booking, expédia ou autre il y a toujours des problèmes. On vous annonce un prix et ensuite oh surprise, ce n est jamais pareil. La troisième chose est le gel d une somme qui n est pas remboursée immédiatement. je n ai toujours rien reçue, Ça c est un grand problème et pas tres correct.. Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre.
