  The location is great if you want to be in the center of the old town with a view of the harbor.

  I did not like how this was advertised with free parking. Street parking is not free parking! This is false advertising and deceptive. I drove a rental car assuming there was a designated parking space - hence when the accommodation highlighted “free parking”. When I asked the host where to park she said “On the street!” “There’s plenty of parking on the street!” Well everywhere around the property is for residents only! If you park there you can get a notice by the police. I parked on the street and said was that okay? The host said my car “might get keyed by the residents”! WTF?! I will note our host was nice at check in and being responsive prior to our arrival. The apartment was nice but it’s a stretch to call it a “Luxury” apartment. The front door didn’t lock so I didn’t feel safe keeping my stuff inside. The host even said I don’t have to lock the front door that’s not acceptable especially given the area the place is located. For the price I didn’t feel that this was worth it. One night there was a game and it took 50 mins to find parking after looking at 6 full parking lots in Chania. This was a nightmare as again I was upset that this place did not have free parking as advertised. I saw other accommodations that said there was street parking but I chose this one because it said there was free parking and I know how bad parking can be in Chania. If this place said it has free breakfast - but I had to hunt for it or pay for it at a restaurant it is not free. Why would they say that this has free parking then?

  Φοβερό κατάλυμα!! Δεν ξέρω τι να πρωτοπώ , η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άμεση και γεμάτη ευγένεια. Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος και το highlight η τοποθεσία! Τρομερή θέα μέσα στο κέντρο των Χανίων . Αμέτρητες παροχές , ερκοντισιον σε κάθε δωμάτιο πλυντήριο ρούχων πολύ καλή σύνδεση WiFi! Θα επιστρέψω σίγουρα στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ❤️

  Great, and also not so great location.

  The proximity to the harbour was great and it was a nice place to relax when it was quiet.

  I should have done my due diligence before booking rather than after the fact when I found out that this place was a tad further up from the accommodation..... 'Rosa Nera : a well-known political and social centre occupied by an anti-authoritarian squatter collective since June 2004.' The noise from this place was unbearable for three consecutive nights due to all-night partying from this place.
