    Nightmare

It is impossible to talk about the location or comfort when it comes to this apartment because the bed is full of bedbugs, both dead and alive. The room smelled of insecticide. The owner offered another apartment next to this one, which also smelled of insecticide and had a live bedbug on the bed. He knew that he made desinsection but inspite of that he put this on Booking platform.

The booking platform is literally no help in these cases because customer service didn't respond because it was the weekend. We found another accommodation the next day with which we had better luck. This is a health hazard for travelers exposed to insecticides that Booking has no influence on.
