    Nice stay at an old guesthouse in tranquil surroundings

    The property is located in a classy and quiet part of Dublin. A pleasant 10-20min walk could take us either to the downtown gardens or to all the interesting stores and eateries and cafes around Ballsbridge and Donnybrook. The house was very delicately preserved and revamped with a lovely public room. Our room was facing the edge of the courtyard, which provided a great view over the grass towards the neighborhood. The overall stay was quite cozy.

    The reception guy didn't lend us a hand when I had to carry two very heavy cases up the entrance stairs. There was some hair scattered in different parts of the room when we went in. The restroom door couldn't be opened once the floor mat was put in front of the shower area. The room door wasn't very soundproof.

    Fav Hotel in 21 day trip throughout United Kingdom. Breakfast and staff exceptional.

    Favourite accommodation during our 3 week trip of the 12 different accommodations we experienced!!! A few highlights - staff were outstanding in their service levels. Best ever breakfast - exceeded all expectations. Staff went above and beyond. No problem checking in a bit early. Great location - near Aviva Stadium (football) and train station - 3 min walk. Lots of pubs around as no dinner offered onsite. Grafton Street 30-40 min walk.

    Not much. Room offered what we needed. Door lock a bit sticky to open.
