Excellent onsen experience
The staffs are very friendly and caring. The shuttles services was good both pick up and drop off at bus stations. The two meals in room was good. The bedding are comfortable. The onsen inside room and public bath was good.

總體來講沒太大問題，就是溫泉很棒，服務人員也很有禮貌，讚讚
溫泉很棒
我覺得早餐可以再加強溝通，因為還是有不懂日式早餐的人，誤以為已經擺好餐就可以吃，結果沒想到還有後續的擺盤~導致沒吃到炊飯~有人有點哀怨

Authentic, amazing experience. Must add to your bucket list.
Amazing property, private onsen suit was incredible. The authentic tradition Japanese dinner and breakfast (the kaiseki) was outstanding. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Our personal host, Aki was wonderful and charming and made us feel right at home. We’d love to go back.
It is an old property and some of the fittings are beginning to show their age but this is largely cosmetic and didn’t detract from the experience.

温泉と料理、スタッフの対応が良くとても快適に過ごせました。
スタッフさんの対応がとても良かった。温泉も最高でした。
ホテルの場所が山の手の方で有馬温泉から少し離れている。
