    Guten Tag, es war nicht möglich, am Check-in-Automaten einzuchecken. Nach dem Anruf beim Mitarbeiter gab es Probleme. Der Mann war unhöflich und hat überhaupt nicht geholfen. Wir sind ohnehin schon nachts angekommen und mussten zusätzlich viel Zeit aufwenden, um uns einzuchecken! Das ist sehr umständlich und das Registrierungssystem ist schlecht. Dabei hatte ich mich bereits im Voraus online registriert. Das ist schrecklich. Außerdem sollte ein Mitarbeiter nicht unhöflich zu den Gästen sein.
