    Wir hatten aufgrund des Internetauftritts mehr erwartet. Schade, das Haus hat reichlich Potenzial und nutzt es nicht.

    Unfreundliches Personal, hier fehlt eine ordnende Hand (engagierte Geschäftsführung), es kann nicht sein, dass man den Service darauf aufmerksam machen muss, dass Brötchen oder Joghurt oder andere Dinge beim Frühstücksbuffet fehlen. Ein Kellner sollte auch wissen, was Earlgrey ist. Das Haus macht insgesamt einen vernachlässigten Eindruck. Fleckige Teppichböden, verwitterte Balkonmöbel…
