  Misleading instructions & unauthorized entrance during stay + inadequate bedding

  It's close to the airport and public transit, as well as shops & restaurants in a walkable neighborhood. The attic was fairly spacious with a pleasant aesthetic and good lighting, and was insulated from the noise of other apartments and the street. The backyard had lovely trees and green space. The shower had good water pressure and the fridge was reasonably sized.

  The check-in instructions said not to remove any envelope without my name on it, so I waited outside in the rain for a bit before heading to a nearby cafe, since I arrived a little before the 4pm check-in and found nothing in my name. I messaged the owners through Booking.com and the phone number in the signature of the email, but never heard back. When I returned after 4 there was still nothing with my name, so I had to connect to the wifi from outside and call the separate hotline number I found in the same email. The signal was bad but I managed to convey the issue and learn that the envelope in the box had been mine after all. There was only a single key in the envelope and it opened both the front door of the house as well as my private room, which made me wonder if the same key opened every room in the house. Check-out was at 10am but on the day of departure I was awoken in bed at 8:30am by the sound of a key in the lock and someone entering my flat. It turned out to be the housekeeper, who left with an apology, but she again returned several minutes before 10 just to ask through google translate when I was leaving. I felt rushed and, in short, both check-in and check-out were a stressful experience. This is a house where each room has been converted into a temporary accommodation, and customer support is outsourced to a hotline. It feels like a profit mill, and lacks a thoughtful human touch. As other reviewers have mentioned, the blankets and pillows are extremely thin, and there was no place to sit but the plastic chairs at the small table. Everything was adequate, aside from the bedding, but with very small measures it could be significantly improved. The guard rail above the stair is also very widely spaced, so I would not bring toddlers here. The sound of airplanes was an occasional nuisance but not unbearable.

  Für mich ist die Unterkunft in der Arcadia Pension okay man kann sich dort selbst verpflegen und in der Nähe ist auch ein tolles Zentrum. Das ist das Heroldcenter Super Lage mit dem Zug und Bus kommt man sehr gut von dort weg. Die Lage ist perfekt mit der Arcadiapension bin ich sehr zufrieden. Ich komme immer gerne wieder dorthin.

  Все необходимое есть , чисто, комфортно и тихо . Нужны только тапки с собой , тапок одноразовых нет , не рассчитывайте на них, а все остальное есть. Очень уютный двор , отличный тихий и безопасный район , магазины и рестораны рядом , транспортная развязка отличная .
