  They lost our booking

  The hosts were apologetic and I do believe it was a system error, but it was an inconvenient error for us.

  Upon arrival in Istanbul after a long day of traveling, we lugged our luggage through the cobblestone street to find that Armel Homes did not have our booking, even though we pre paid. They had double booked, and did not have a room for us. We found this out after about an hour of being in the alley, getting bit by mosquitos, and trying to call them with no luck. We then had to scramble to find a last minute place to stay. This was an extremely stressful way to start a vacation. While they were very apologetic and sent through recommendations of things to see in Istanbul, I cannot recommend you stay here, unless you get full confirmation that there is a place for you.

  Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και είναι πολύ εύκολες οι μετακινήσεις σε όλα τα σημεία της πόλης! Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και η συνεννόηση μας άψογη!

  Perfect for short stays

  Great location, tucked away right around the corner from Galata Tower. There is a supermarket nearby and the kitchenette is perfect for a short stay. The address is also close to public transport connections points and the famous İstiklal Avenue.

  Bedding & towels were worn and old. Elderly or weak people might struggle with the stairs to final floor if they have heavy luggage as the last flight is quite steep.
