    Superb

    The hotel is in an excellent location, close to major tourist attractions. The space is spacious, well-equipped with kitchen essentials, and offers reliable Wi-Fi. Everything you need is conveniently nearby.

    Cons: The bathroom could be improved, and the view from the window is limited as it faces the back of the building.

    Superb

    I stayed in Apartment 08 for one night along with my family. It is a two-bedroom apartment with kitchen and bathroom and this apartment is situated in the heart of Yerevan - the best location one can get in Yerevan. Armenik, the host was accommodating and prompt in providing the required services. He also allowed one hour late check-out. Will definetely stay here again. Thank you.
