    La décoration, le style, la propreté, le service, la réactivité du staff, la situation géographique et le calme dans l'appartement malgré la situation centrale

    Uniquement la difficulté à ouvrir la porte de l'immeuble... Il faudrait graisser la serrure, mettre un badge... L'application recommandée s'est révélée inefficace. C'est la raison de la note de 9, car mon fils galerait plusieurs minutes pour ouvrir cette porte, il avait même peur de casser la clé.

    Nos gustó todo. Se merece un 11. La ubicaciòn es perfecta, a 5 min andando del ponte vecchio. El trato con el anfitrión ha sido genial. No nos hemos visto fisicamente, pero por whatsapp te contesta los 2 minutos ante cualquier duda que teníamos. Muy muy recomendable. Piso enorme, bien equipado. Bravi!!!!! Gracias por todo.

    A lovely clean property in a great walkable location to everything

    A lovely property. The owner was very accommodating with check in and great with communication. Such a great location!! Clean! Lovely living room and bathroom

    No negatives - just things to be mindful of: Unfortunately I did ask for a high chair in advance as travelling with a toddler but when we arrived none was given. He did apologise as it was a bank holiday so he was unable to purchase one too - but it left us in a bit of a pickle with breakfast times. The second bathroom is absolutely tiny - manageable to use but just be aware it’s a squeeze haha Also - no lifts, so we had to carry the push chair up and down.
