    Disappointing stay in an alleged 4-star hotel

    The hotel is beautifully located and has a great view. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, and the other meals were also excellent.

    This hotel definitely does not meet 4-star standards!!!! Our first room was completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category due to the following structural and cleanliness issues: • Severe lack of cleanliness: The mirrors were dirty and there were visible cobwebs on the ceiling. • Structural defects: The room door did not close properly. Because of the wind, it rattled loudly all night, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. • Poor comfort: The mattress was extremely hard, to the extent that it caused me severe hip pain lasting for two days. The receptionist then moved us to another room without any issues. There was no window or ventilation in the bathroom, so it unfortunately smelled unpleasant. The hotel layout is completely unsuitable for people with limited mobility due to an excessive number of steps, some of which are unsecured.
