Our stay ended with a very unpleasant situation. At check-out, the host refused to return our €200 security deposit, claiming that there was a urine stain on the mattress. We firmly deny causing it—the mark shown to us was small, barely visible, and appeared to pre-date our stay. By the time of writing this review, the host had not provided any photographs documenting the condition of the mattress before our arrival or any invoice for its cleaning or replacement. Instead of a factual explanation, we received a message containing personal accusations. Because of the way the deposit was handled and the communication with us as guests, I cannot recommend this property.

Зручно , приємна власниця, все є що потрібно для комфорту, я б додала кондиціонер, бо спека неймовірна, вентилятор не сп
Приємна господарка , вайфай , біля магазину і вокзалу. Закритий двір , тераса
Багато комарів , шум, був пил , але ми його позбавлялися . Загалом квартира гарна . Ще я не була готова що на вулицях міста дуже брудно,

Lokalita super, vsetko potrebne bolo na par krokov ako potraviny zelovoc rychle obcerstvnie, tabak, kava aj stanica. a more od ubytovania ci na free plaz alebo platenu plaz do 10 min pomalou chodzou a pri ubytovani asi 200m lunapark
Nie nic co by sa nam bepacilo, iba trosku chybala klima. Inac vsetko super 🙂👌🏻

Piękne przestronne mieszkanie z zadaszonym ogródkiem, na miejscu wszystko co potrzebne. Lokalizacja to bardzo duży plus, blisko sklepy, restauracje, kawiarnie. Niedaleko do morza i pięknego molo. Do Rzymu około 30km, na miejscu dostępny parking za bramą.
Jedyne czego nam brakowało to klimatyzacja, poza tym wszystko świetnie 😊
