O hotel é bom, o rooftop é bem confortável, uma piscina boa, um ótimo lugar para relaxar, o café da manhã é bom, os funcionários do hotel são ótimos, super atenciosos e prestativos, eu adorei o profissionalismo de cada um.
Falta uma manutenção na estrutura do hotel, me botaram em um quarto que estava com problemas de infiltração, quando entrei reparei que no teto tinha uma marca de infiltração, mas era só a marca, na minha última noite cheguei no quarto e o chão do quarto estava completamente molhado, isso de madrugada, liguei para a recepção e logo nos trocaram de quarto, a localização do hotel é boa pois dá acesso a muitos locais no centro, porém a noite o ideial é pegar Uber pois não fica muito perto dos centros turísticos a pé.

The worst hotel in Rio
Nothing is good in this hotel
Room poorly maintained, with mould and leaks. Humidity everywhere, dirt on the walls, bad cleaning of the shower, they don't change the sheets or put soap. I stayed there for a week and it was a disaster. The worst hotel in Rio.

Demorada.
Atendimento dos funcionários.
O local do hotel é bem no centro, você vê muitos moradores de rua, muita sujeira. O hotel tem uma recepção ótima,tive um problema com meu quarto, ele estava um pouco sujo e com mal cheiro nas toalhas,fui na recepção e resolveram na hora, porém acho que pelo valor não deveria nem ter acontecido, acredito que existam outros lugares melhor no mesmo valor por isso não voltaria.
