Good location
Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing and stressful. Upon check-in, the agency required me to provide my bank card details and told me that I would not be allowed to check in otherwise. This was especially concerning because the booking was made through Booking.com. The apartment also had several problems upon arrival: the hairdryer was broken, the shower head was damaged, and the bed linen was dirty. The most serious issue was the washing machine. It was a top-loading machine, which I had never used before, and nobody explained how to operate it. The instructions provided were not sufficient. During the wash, the machine became jammed and my medically necessary compression stockings got trapped inside. I immediately contacted the agency and explained that I urgently needed the stockings, but they did not treat the situation as urgent and only sent a technician several days later. Because I could not use my compression stockings, I subsequently had to go to the emergency department, where I spent from 6 p.m. until 2 a.m. being examined for suspected thrombosis. It was a very frightening and distressing experience. Despite everything, the agency accused me of breaking the washing machine and demanded €80 for the repair. I strongly disagree with this charge. I was never shown how to use the machine, and the agency’s claim that I was instructed is not true. Overall, I found the condition of the apartment, the lack of proper assistance, and the agency’s attitude extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this accommodation based on my experience.

La limpieza un 10 y la ubicación excelente. Las camas muy cómodas. Repetiría de nuevo!! Es muy cómodo el apartamento y encima con 2 baños, también nos dejaron de todo lo de primera necesidad: café, agua, sal, lavavajillas, papel higiénico, jabón, etc se agradece muchísimo!!
El mobiliario muy usado.
