Die Lage und die schöne Stadt. Die Betten waren in Ordnung, die Schlafsaofas sofern eine Person darauf geschlafen hat auch. Es war genügend Geschirr dort und auch die Ausstattung soweit gut.
Teile des Geschirrs in den Schränken und auch die Küche Zeilen und Badezimmer waren teilweise ziemlich schmutzig. Die Fenster sollten wahrscheinlich erneuert werden. Der Innenhof und das Grundstück müsste besser gepflegt und schöner gestaltet werden. Die Einfahrt ist aufgrund eines Absatzes wegen des dort liegenden Deckels der Sickergrube nur in einem Bogen zu befahren und die Stellplätze einfach ein Stück Rasen, aus dem an einigen Metallrohre heraus ragen, die scharfkantig sind. Wir hatten im Gemeinschaftsraum ein Problem mit Wasser, dass aus der Decke lief und konnten deshalb die Küchenzeile und ein Bad im Haus nicht benutzen. Es wurde sich aber sehr schnell darum gekümmert und uns auch finanziell etwas entgegen gekommen.
