    The apartment was spacious and bright with a great layout at a good location. We appreciated the drying functions in the bathroom to dry our laundry fast.

    There was a step in one of the bedrooms without any warning signs. We missed a towel hook in the toilet and English instructions for the washing machine.

    Lock was not opening, the reception number was not responding in English, then tried on Japanese language, reception answered as it will take time say 1-2 hours. Upon telling the situation that we have senior citizen wheel chair assistant with us and strongly requesting to send the person immediately, later after half hours the person came and door was opened.
