    Absolutely beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean everywhere. It was like a brand new apartment it was so clean. Very comfortable seating area and wonderfully comfortable large bed. Kitchen had everything we required. All spotless. Very good AV. lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Small supermarket within walking distance. Short stroll to the bus to go into Dubrovnik old town. The owner Arte was very welcoming and exceptionally kind and helpful. We would stay here again without any hesitation. A fabulous place to stay when visiting Dubrovnik

    Good

    Lovely decor and art work on the walls, very modern and clean. Everything we needed was there, lovely terrace to sit outside. Upon arrival the owner was friendly and gave us lots of information to help us with our stay.

    This property is in a very residential area, with the owner and his family living in different parts of the same building and noise I think in the past may have been a problem. We are not rowdy people by any means but even laughter and excited conversation which wasn't that late in the evening was met with a comment from the owner to keep it down. Also I hadn't realised I had booked a room that didn't really have any windows to the outside world which I didn't really like.
