    Besonders gut hat uns das umfangreiche Frühstück gefallen und die besondere Freundlichkeit und das Engagement der Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück. Es wurde immer wieder Kaffee nachgeschenkt. Die Größe des Zimmers und die tolle Ausstattung waren grandios! Es gab so viel in der Umgebung zu entdecken, dass wir leider nicht geschafft haben, den Wellnessbereich zu nutzen.

    Man muss mit dem Auto oder mit dem Bus in die Stadt fahren, da das Hotel etwas abgelegen ist.

    Great location, good parking, nice room but too hot to sleep!

    The room was nice with a kitchenette (no microwave or oven). The bathroom was roomy any comfortable. The location was just minutes from downtown Bolzano and 1 minute off the main highway. The underground parking was safe and well protected and roomy.

    2 things detract from a 10 rating. First, the air conditioning was shut off due to the date (October), but the room was too hot to sleep in. We opened the windows to cool off the room, but then the mosquitoes came in and tormented us all night! They need to keep the air conditioning on until it is not needed due to the actual room temperature, not based on a date. If they would put a screen on the windows that would keep the mosquitos out. Plus, they need to swap to much thinner bedding in hot temperatures with the air conditioning off. Second, while the breakfast was sufficient, it was below average for the amount charged.

    מקום לעצירה לטיולים באיזור.

    הנוף הכפרי הקירבה לבולצאנו נוח ליציאה לטיולים

    לא היתה עזרה עם המזוודות בהגעה לא הייתה נכונות לעזרה מצד הצוות . האינטרנט בחדרים חלש מאוד.
