    Location and cleanliness

    The location was great. The booking staff weren't helpful at all. On the day I was supposed to check out, my flight was at 11pm, I asked if I could stay a little longer at the flat but the staff abruptly said no.

    Central location, clean and comfortable apartment. Small, but well equipped kitchen (although a coffee machine would be a nice addition, we got our morning coffee from nearby Rimi). Staff was very helpful and friendly; it was possible to check-out later than initially agreed.

    First of, getting to the apartment with heavy luggage is a bit of a workout. Cobblestone streets all around and nearest Bolt drop-off is a few hundred meters away. Although this is to be expected, it's an old town for a reason. No AC, so the apartment gets a bit warm during warmer days. Keeping the windows open helps but is not really possible in the evenings/at night as there are multiple pubs and bars right below the building. Our apartment faced the street, so noise and cigarette smoke getting indoors was an issue. Perhaps not the best apartment if you are a light sleeper and do not plan to party till the morning hours everyday.
