Che per accedere all"appartamento sembrava di scendere in cantina per poi risalire su un piano rialzato con scala stretta e scalini piuttosto alti

Struttura ben posizionata ma male tenuta.
La posizione e il prezzo.
La scarsa pulizia e manutenzione dell'alloggio mi hanno delusa molto. In un angolo del bagno, spostando un porta asciugamani, c'era un gomitolo di polvere che sicuramente era lì da tempo (vedi foto) inoltre con la presenza di formiche. Il bagno si è allagato dopo ogni doccia perché la porta non sigillava bene; il balcone, con affaccio pessimo è mal tenuto, risulta essere un deposito di cose. Oltretutto il rumore della pompa del serbatoio è un trapano che entrain testa. E come se non bastasse per entrare in casa occorre fare scale, impregnate di puzza di umido, a scendere prima e a salire poi, per raggiungere un piano ammezzato che sembra un seminterrato! Per fortuna è stata una permanenza di due giorni...ma con una bambina di 9 mesi non è stato proprio il massimo!
