Всем рекомендую данный гостевой дом для поездок в Ереван
Замечательный гостевой дом, есть чайник, микроволновка, электрогриль, в комнате стол, ящики и двуспальная кровать.
Немного далековато от центра, но есть возможность обойти Ереван пешком

Unforgettable!
There are several bus routes connecting this place with the city centre; bus connections are functioning till late at night. The guesthouse provides good opportunities to store (big fridge), to heat and to cook simple things (coffee machine, tea cattle, microwave, caps, dishes etc.); there is a kind of "tea corner". The hostess is absolutely fantastic person: kind, helpful, generous. The house is decorated with a lot of original paintings and some batiks of the hostess and her husband; the both are quiet talented artists. The hostess Parandzem Terzyan is ready to help her guests with practically everything: booking of taxi, providing of phone connection, recommendations what to visit etc. The small garden nearby the entrance, plants on the stairs and common facilities, as well as presence of the two sympathetic and excellent behaved dogs make my stay there quite happy. Очень хорошее место за свои деньги
Очень добрая хозяйка, встретила, все рассказала показала! Очень милые собачки живут у нее! Спасибо большое!
1) Примерно 40 мин на автобусе учитывая пробки до центра. 2) Очень шумно по ночам, машины гремят и шумят под окном. 3) Довольно жарко было в начале сентября даже с вентилятором по ночам 4) Ванна часто занята
