Service and ambience were excellent! It is everything you would want in a luxury boutique stay. Highly recommend! We will definitely return!
We were inconvenienced a few times trying to exit the parking garage. A do not park sign in front of the garage exit would be helpful. Also a few times all of the complimentary items were not replaced in our room. The system to check for replacement of items could be improved.

Beautiful decor, modern clean and you get to enjoy the art. Beach access and lovely snorkeling and pool. Great location and access to the best restaurants and shops. Close to everything. Kind staff.
Not sufficiently set up for scuba divers. There are stairs to get into the water which is a plus. Dive center Pietermaai is a few doors down and very convenient. Rooms are a little small with no place to put gear in rooms or downstairs in the hotel.
