An apartment with character, but in need of better maintenance and attention to detail.
The apartment has a distinctive artistic character and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Overall, my stay was satisfactory, with several positive aspects that made it a pleasant experience.
The property would benefit from better maintenance and greater attention to detail. The bathroom had visible signs of dampness and possible mould near the ceiling, a broken waste bin, a heavily worn and rusty toilet brush, and rather makeshift arrangements for shampoo and shower gel. Some basic kitchen items were also missing. Although the artwork and decorative objects give the apartment its identity, I personally found the space somewhat overcrowded. Overall, the impression was of an older property whose charm was not always matched by the level of upkeep expected in guest accommodation.

Había cosas básicas para el día a día, café y un poco detergente para lavadora.
No conseguía encontrar la llave, ni sabíamos como entrar. La cama del sofá muy incómoda, se notaban todos los muelles des colchón. Estaba todo lleno de cosas, los armarios llenos. Casi no había sitio para nuestras cosas. Demasiados muebles (todos ocupadis) y cristal. Nada práctico. Es ideal para 2 personas, no más. Nadie vino a recibirnos como decis en los comentarios. La zona solitaria y muy detetiorada. El edificio muy viejo.

Το σπίτι εσωτερικά ήταν όπως στην φωτογραφία, όμορφο και ήσυχη γειτονιά
Εξωτερικός χώρος δεν έχει καμία σχέση με φοτογραφιες. Το καζανάκι τουαλέτες χαλασμένο και κάδος απορριμάτων στο μπάνιο σπασμένο .Εξίσου ούτε καλωσόρισμα από άνθρωπο, μόνο οδηγίες μέσο email για Check in και υπενθύμιση για Check out. Είναι πολύ σημαντικό κάποιος έστω με email η τηλεφωνικά, με SMS να επικοινωνήσει αποκλειστικά για καλωσόρισμα και Για μια Καλημέρα.
