    I did not feel safe in this hotel.

    Friendly front reception

    Poor cleanliness. Poor security our sliding doors would lock anyone could have access to our level . Reception was never available. Buzzer to outside to our room was rung accidently a few times showing a strange man on the screen

    I would love to stay again in the Watson falls I returne to Adelaide!

    Almost everything: the room and the staff's support, without doubt. The location is excellent, too, because it's in a park and it's close to a supermarket and two bus lines that go to the business district.

    There were only two of us in the room. So we didn't need to use the washing machine in the kitchen. But we had trouble washing the few plates and cutlery because there was no dish sponge available. Also, there wasn´t an extra blanket for one of the rooms. These small items didn't spoil my experience at the hotel; they are suggestions to improve the apartment's amenities.

    Great room, will stay again if in that area.

    Free parking onsite, easy to navigate and friendly staff. Comfortable beds with lots of space.

    Bedrooms had no doors just a curtain which is fine for family but seems a little odd. Overall it was a great room with views.

    It was a convenient location near to shops, transport.

    The convenient location

    For a Services apartment the kitchen facilities lacked ‘a variety of cooking utensils’ to be functional. For example, no peeler, no tongs, no grater. The set up extremely basic. We were a family of three and for example there were only two chairs at the dining table. I felt the standard could be raised.
