Left a week early as it wasn"t very good at all
The onsite staff were very good people
Prior to check in I found out they charged ALOT (23% of our total booking EXTRA!) for a bed for our 5yr old son. That aside, the way they handled is was VERY POOR SERVICE. Once the manager got involved it was ok, but hours of stress messaging them. Booking.com were really useless. The rooms weren't that clean, the water didn't drain from the shower at all (so it went all over the whole bathroom) and you are sharing with lizzards, ants and spiders (loads of ants around the pool - which wasn't clean). The local taxi people block you from accessing the hotel if you are in an internet based taxi (grab aka Uber), so when you are in Ubud without a local taxi drivers number you are offically trapped. The local taxi's also charge 30% more than Grab. Very inconvenient, very poor experience for consumer. We left a week early. 3 of us arrived and they gave us 2 welcome drinks, 2 towels, 2 waters, 2 of al crockery, it was as if my son didn't exist. Horrid.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Una estancia maravillosa en Arta Private Villa. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa. La villa es preciosa, muy tranquila, limpia y cuidada, y la ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de Ubud y sus alrededores. Pero, sin duda, lo mejor de nuestra estancia fue el trato recibido por Mei y su compañero. Han sido absolutamente encantadores, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos. Han conseguido que nuestra estancia fuera todavía más especial gracias a su amabilidad y cercanía. Todo estuvo perfecto y nos vamos con muy buen recuerdo. Sin duda, recomendaríamos Arta Private Villa a cualquiera que visite Bali y, si volvemos a Ubud, nos alojaremos aquí de nuevo. ¡Muchas gracias por todo, especialmente a Mei y su compañero! ❤️
