Absolutely terrible, never again
Not a lot
Paid for early check in, at 12:30. Arrived and it had a really bad smell, hole in laminate flooring, huge crack in shower tray, cob webs and spiders in all corners, things splashed up walls and ceilings, door lock missing screw, gaps in door, blinds for glass door broken. Nowhere had been cleaned properly and fingernail in sink, marks on headboard, carpets hadn’t even been hoovered. Outside the bedroom window leads onto a small opening which is stacked full of rubbish. Raised all this with manager when we first checked in, was advised a cleaner would be round straight away while we headed out. Arrived back around 6pm no cleaner had been. Messaged manager again, and then cleaning company called at 7:30 apologising it had not been cleaned properly and if they could come and clean. At this point the kids were in bed. Checked out early as the experience was so bad. Location felt very unsafe in dodgy area and basement flat with glass door.

Location of the apartment was fantastic, clean and comfortable stay.
The communication prior to check in wasn’t the best or throughout, Diana was very helpful however!
