Downstairs with bilabila mart so quite convenient.
Toilet - Not flushed when we checked in, and no toilet paper inside. Living room - Smelled like a public toilet. Bathroom - Shower head holder was loose and I had to hold the shower head the entire time. Bedroom - Door stopper was loose. Kitchen - Basin was dirty with noodles in it, even though I had never used it before.

The Tv didn’t work, the bathroom smelled really bad, the bathroom door had some brown stain which I accidentally touched

The bed is comfortable and the facilities are very good.
Nearby don't have any MRT, need to call grab every time when going out.
