    Die Reservierung und der Erhalt des Schlüssels liefen reibungslos. Das Zimmer war sauber.Der Empfangsbereich war nett eingerichtet.

    Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist Geschmackssache. Im Bad sollte man eine Ablagemöglichkeit für Badutensilien schaffen. Es ist groß genug für ein kleines Rollregal. Was für mich absolut gar nicht ging, dass die Heizung gar nicht ansprang. Am Anreiseabend habe ich dem Betreiber eine Info gegeben. Danach ging sie , aber auch nur kurz. Selbst wenn man körperlich fit wäre, geht das gar nicht, bei einstelligen Außentemperaturen nachts. Ich hatte Gott sei Dank die 2. Decke, da ich alleinreisend im Doppelzimmer war.Ich bin immer noch sauer und enttäuscht, denn dieser ganze Kältespaß incl. jetziger Erkältung hat mich über 200 Euro gekostet. Ehrlich Leute, das geht doch besser.
