  Inferiore alle nostre aspettative

  Posizione ottima per lo scopo della nostra visita

  L’appartamento nel complesso non era sporco, ma al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto la sensazione che fosse stato preparato con poca attenzione e lasciato piuttosto in disordine. Abbiamo trovato capsule/cartucce del caffè ancora nella macchina, il materasso spostato rispetto alla sua sede, alcuni componenti del frigorifero appoggiati sopra la cappa della cucina e delle coperte ammassate all’interno di un armadio. Tra gli scuri di una finestra abbiamo trovato persino un laccio di una scarpa. Il problema più fastidioso è stato la tavoletta del WC, che usciva continuamente dalla propria sede quando ci si sedeva. Sono tutte cose singolarmente piccole, ma messe insieme danno l’impressione di una preparazione dell’appartamento poco accurata, soprattutto considerando le numerose e dettagliate indicazioni che vengono richieste agli ospiti per riconsegnare l’alloggio in ordine. Inoltre avevamo contattato la struttura tramite la piattaforma per chiedere un chiarimento sulla biancheria, senza ricevere risposta. Nel complesso, quindi, l’esperienza è stata inferiore alle nostre aspettative.

  Mega fajne miejsce :) wróciłbym drugi raz :)

  Wyposażenie kuchni było super. Klimatyzacja była wystarczająca aby schłodzić cały apartament. Widok na basen z balkonu był idealny. Sam basen dużo większy niż pokazują to zdjęcia. Sporo miejsca do zabawy oraz do zrobienia treningu jeżeli ktoś by miał ochotę. Jedna z najlepszych pizzeri w Sirmione praktycznie przy samym apartamencie. Supermarket po drugiej stronie - mega udogodnienie. W sypialni wygodne łóżko oraz rozkładana sofa w salonie bardzo wygodna. Na pewno przyjechałabym drugi raz :)

  We had to leave the apartment - very low service to complaints

  Please be cautious – particularly if you are elderly, travelling with small children, or have asthma or other respiratory conditions. We booked this apartment in Italy for a 7-night stay. The apartment is generally nicely furnished and located in what appears to be a quiet residential area. However, there is a considerable amount of noise from the nearby supermarket, including its storage facilities and deliveries of goods. The pool area is pleasant, and apart from the serious issue described below, the apartment itself is generally well presented. At electronic check-in, I was surprised by the unusually large number of warnings regarding rules, penalties and consequences contained in the terms and conditions. I have rented holiday apartments abroad many times over the years and have never previously encountered conditions presented in such an excessive manner. After approximately two days in the apartment, we noticed dark spots developing on the ceiling near the window in the kitchen. By the third day, the affected area had become noticeably worse, and we contacted the property representatives through Booking.com. Based on the appearance and photographs of the affected area, we became concerned that it was mould. We also had the photographs assessed by people in Denmark with knowledge of indoor environmental conditions, who advised us that the visible growth appeared consistent with mould. We informed the property representative of this concern. The response was that someone could come to the apartment and spray a product onto the affected area, after which the visible mould would disappear. We were advised by people with relevant knowledge in Denmark that simply spraying and removing visible mould does not necessarily address the underlying cause of moisture or mould growth. We communicated these concerns to the property representative, but they were dismissed without any meaningful discussion. Later the same day, we were informed that someone had entered

  Unser Aufenthalt in Sirmione und Umgebung war wie immer fantastisch, die Unterkunft und vorallem die Ansprechpartner war

  Das Gelände, der Pool und die Bewohner der anderen Apartments

  Einfach alles. Unterkunft völlig verschmutzt, unter dem Bett sowie Schlafcouch befanden sich die Socken und Taschentücher sowie andere Gegenstände, nach Information an die Ansprechpartner passierte Nix, nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung, trotz Dokumentation durch Fotos und Kontaktaufnahme via WhatsApp und Anbieter bis heute keine angemessene Antwort nur schriftliche Androhungen von Strafbeträgen bei Nichteinhaltung von Anweisungen, schlimm schlimmer geht’s nicht, verschmutzte Küchenfronten Spiegel voll mit Zahnpasta zerschlagener Spiegel im Kleiderschrank schmutzige zerknüllte Handtücher im Kleiderschrank!!!! Wir sind regelmäßig in Sirmione und besitzen auf Sizilien selbst Apartments und das hier war alles andere als Kundenorientierte Kommunikation!!!!! Nie wieder.
