Great location, great AC. Basic, but you have everything you need, plenty of space for one or two people. The building is old and residential, but the apartment is totally refurbished. The street below is bright and busy, some may be annoyed by the noise, but I actually enjoyed the liveliness of it, which didn't last very late into the night. I appreciated the drinking water and juice in the fridge, thank you!
Two floors up and no lift, may be challenging/annoying to those with large suitcases. The floors in the apartment could have done with a wash.
