Big terrase with comfortable seatings, view on sea and shading against the sun. Quiet air conditioning in both rooms. Lovely view on village and sea. The owners are very friendly.

Posizione, terrazza e i padroni di casa...
La casa è come rappresentata nelle foto e come descritta. In posizione molto tranquilla e facile da raggiungere. La terrazza con vista mare garantisce ogni giorno tramonti davvero eccezionali. La ninna-nanna delle onde è senza prezzo. La casa è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari per garantire una permanenza davvero confortevole. Arredamento moderno e funzionale. Staff presente e veloce nel rispondere alle richieste. Davvero una bellissima soluzione per trascorrere momenti sereni. Una menzione particolare per Maria e Niko, i proprietari che abitano al piano terreno. Due persone eccezionali che ci hanno viziato con biscotti, frutta e tanti sorrisi.
E' stato tutto perfetto!

Πολύ άνετο δωμάτιο, καθαρό, ξοπλισμένο με τα πάντα! Άψογη τοποθεσία, θέα σε όλη την περιοχή και διπλα στη θάλασσα. Τα καταστήματα ούτε 5 λεπτα με τα πόδια.

The location, the accommodation, the owners and hosts....we loved all of it!
Good, timely, communication via Whatsapp from CHS the agents, who arranged for someone to meet us on arrival, hand over the keys and show us around. The owners also lived downstairs who were absolutely lovely, very kind and welcoming but did not impose in any way. The rooms were very clean and modern and the kitchen has everything needed including a modern washing machine. Modern, clean fully tiled bathroom with a great shower. The view from the living room out to sea to Paximadia Island and the glorious sunsets is stunning. Great location, only a 5 minute walk to the restaurants along the beach walkway and perfect for exploring this quieter side of the island. The terrace is a lovely feature, with areas open to the sun but also plenty of shade when that is needed. The washing line came in useful as did the sweeping brushes tucked away in in a cleaner's cupboard.
Nothing, the accommodation provided the perfect holiday for my wife and I.
