  I don't like any tiny thing about this hotel. The disappointment starts at the beginning. They don't accept your online booking fare. They will humiliate for price discussion . Price will increase 1.5 times. After all this humiliation the will provide you the key. When u enter the lobby an unbearable smell will hit you.no one present there for your help. Entering the room will be more difficult to enter in a bathroom. The whole room will be watering. A disturbing smell will hit you. A towel shop should be on your side. They will provide a smelly towel. No hygeine at all. No telephone will be there. Staff knock on the door every 30 minutes. If you ask them not to do this. They decrease time laps. They will come every 15 minutes. Because they have a store room in your room. They will not even provide water to you. They are rude. After all the real disasters begin at checkout time. They will shout at you if you are not leaving the room before 10 a clock. Really?? 9:30 is the last ultimatum to leave the hotel. Overall a very bad experience . No visit again in future.

  EXCELLENT

  SUPERB AND VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE IN ARTH STUDIOS LUCKNOW , EASY ACCESS TO THE SWIGGY AND MC DONALD EXEC TO OUR DOORSTEPS .
