The room and restaurant (both dinner and breakfast) were all good
Shower head was broken when we booked in. Mentioned twice to staff on reception, not fixed during our stay. Had to fashion a 'fix' using a towel to keep the shower head up while taking a shower, not ideal as this kept slipping too. Cleaning staff should have also been aware of the broken fixture and certainly should have noticed a towel wrapped around the shower head and rail. We believe there was a conference or meeting going on during our stay that took priority over our concerns, shame as we felt we were a nuisance raising any concerns that were ultimately ignored.
