    Great location, nice area, comfortable, clean and spacious. Great instructions for arriving and collecting the key. Kitchen had great facilities including a fridge/freezer and hob. The iron, airer and laundry facilities also came in useful. Some great restaurants in the neighbouring area. Plenty of supermarkets and great public transport links.

    A bit stingy - no shower gel so you get in from travelling and can't even wash until you've been to the supermarket. Also provided coffee pods, but only a couple so then if you want coffee you have to go and buy a pack of 20, which is a waste. For the price per night, it would be nice if these were included. I also nearly broke my leg getting into the shower, it was so slippy. Some of the blinds were completely broken and the shower/bath button on the tap was also broken making it difficult to utilise the bath.

    Cosy Apartment.

    The apartment was clean,tidy and had all the basic essentials for a comfortable stay. It is in a good location,with the city centre just a short journey away by U Bahn. There are plenty of local shops and a few supermarkets,plus some quite lively bars not too far away. The staff were helpful and kept in touch by messaging, providing all the information needed.

    My only minor gripes would be that the curtains were very thin and the blinds not much use, meaning the room would get light early in the morning, possibly waking someone up. The pillows were too soft for my personal liking and I had to use a cushion as a pillow instead. The extractor fan in the bathroom is noisy and cannot be switched off at night,it activates every time you use the bathroom. The TV is old and could do with updating to a more modern version. Also,my apartment was on the 3rd floor with no lift,that didn't particularly bother me,but it could be an issue for some people,so check which floor you're on before you book. These were all minor issues and in no way ruined a good stay.

    Einfache Schlüsselübergabe. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und versucht das beste für einen früheren Check-In

    Man hörte jede Tür im Treppenhaus bis ins Schlaffzimmer. Die Nacht mit einem offenem Fenster zu verbringen eher Schwierig.
