    Άριστη τοποθεσία!! Δροσερό διαμέρισμα

    Αριστη τοποθεσία. Άνετος χώρος δωματίου και υπόλοιπου διαμερίσματος. Το διαμέρισμα πραγματικά είναι στην καρδιά της αγοράς κ των όμορφων εστιατορίων.

    Πρόβλημα χώρου στάθμευσης για αυτοκίνητο. Τα πιο πολλά πάρκινγκ είναι πάντα γεμάτα. Η δημοτική αστυνομία κάνει χρυσές δουλειές.

    Nu e cazul, nu a avut mic dejun inclus.

    1. Iluminatul interior: când merg, când nu merg luminile 2. Jaluzeaua exterioară de la dormitor nu funcționează, adică...e fie întunetic de cavou, fie lumină de la răsăritul soarelui, ceea ce în concediu nu e tocmai de dorit; am anunțat administratorul proprietății, a venit un tehnician după două zile și o nouă solicitare, dar....degeaba: sistemul era defect, jaluzeaua necesita înlocuire completă, dar, se pare că, în opinia administratorilor, dacă se ridică și coboară...e perfect, ce nevoie ar fi să ai posibilitatea de alegere a unei poziții intermediare? Deci...pentru asta, cuplată cu zgomotul infernal cauzat , dimineața, de serviciile de salubritate și colectare a deșeurilor (în special sticle, în număr...impresionant, dată fiind proximitatea hotelului Carlton ), iar pe seara și în noapte de cei cărora li se pare extrem de interesant să facă drift-uri la ora 2-3 a.m. pe stradă sau să ambaleze motoare - nu pot spune că pot evalua extrem de bine apartamentul. 3. Ar mai fi și balconul care necesită clar o igienizare (zugrăvit) și a bateriilor de la baie/bucătărie extrem de mătuite, cu un aspect nu tocmai...prietenos care ar cam trebui înlocuite.
