    Great stay, highly recommend for family holiday.

    Great location, 2 minute walk from facilities and 15 mins walk to the beach. Near all the local areas, 5 mins from Filey, 15 mins from Bridlington and 25 mins from Scarborough so always lots to do.

    Not the fault of the host but the bar and cafe opening times changed the day we got there and cafe didn’t open at all. Nowhere for coffee or breakfast in a morning.

    The apartment is amazing and everything is high quality TV is huge and the best are compy

    The sofa bed is not comfy in the front room and the site is not really for kids the arcades are poor no entertainment at all
