    Wunderschönes Apartment

    Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment ist sauber, komfortabel eingerichtet und hat auch eine Klimaanlage. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

    Un excellent séjour à l’ARTIEM Urban Apartments ! ✨ Nous avons été très bien accueillis dès notre arrivée. Le personnel est vraiment au top ! chaleureux, disponible, attentionné et toujours prêt à rendre service. J’avais réservé une chambre avec deux lits séparés et, après avoir demandé s’il était possible d’avoir un lit double, l’équipe a fait le nécessaire pour répondre à notre demande. Nous avons également été très bien accompagnés tout au long du séjour, notamment lorsque nous avions des questions sur les transports pour visiter les autres villes de Minorque. Un grand merci

    A very bright spacious comfortable apartment, very quiet, close to the bus station, lovely staff

    The Lady on reception at the Artiem Capri in Mahon, gave me the door card and walked over to the apartment with me to show me where to go, it wasn't far but I really appreciate this. Also I got in a lot earlier than the advertised check in time which is definitely a plus point

    I read the leaflet about the apartments, it says " *Long stays (more than 5 days) include cleaning and a change of towels and bed linen". As I was staying more than 5 days I expected it to happen, but I got no cleaning. My rubbish and recycling was building up and I had to sit in my room next to an overflowing recycling bin. I went out into the street and found the bins, this was not a problem, but they did not even leave a spare bin bag. If it states "stays over 5 days you get cleaning", then you should get it, or delete that from the leaflet and advise people to buy rubbish bags and where to go to dispose of it. The kitchen lacked some essentials like scissors to open packets, a proper cutting knife and a pot to make tea of coffee, only a very small moka pot.
