    Bad communication

    The decor

No communication from host. I had to call when we got there because I did not know where the place was, where to get the key and everything was pitch dark. Had to wait for 10 minutes in the cold. Shower upstairs leaks so much that the downstairs bathroom is soaking wet. Also did not know where to leave the key when we left and the host also did not answer my messages so had to call and got a short answer to leave it at shell.
