    It was a comfortable stay. However, the staff or the owner or whoever it was that messages on the app needs some better

    The location was in a nice neighborhood and walkable to many of the iconic landmarks. The place was spacious and modern.

    The shower seemed to have a little bit of a blockage that causes the water to flood the floors. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

    A lovely apartment in a great location, let down only by thin walls and ground-floor noise from the hallway and entrance

    A genuinely nice apartment — comfortable, well-kept and in a great spot for exploring Florence. The space itself was pleasant and we enjoyed our stay overall.

    The one real drawback is the sound insulation, which is poor. You can hear everyone in the hallway, and because the apartment is on the ground floor, you hear the building’s entrance door every single time someone comes in or out. For light sleepers this is worth keeping in mind.

    Clean and Spacious Apartment | Amazing Hosts

    The host managed to hand the keys to me as soon as I arrived which was great. There was laundry that you can use, also the space was great for 2 ppl along with the kitchen size was amazing as well. The host was very kind and explained the whole map of florence to us. He also helped with our luggage which was very kind of him.

    20 min walk to the center. Daily cleaning is not included.
