    Apartment is spacious and well equipped.

    The single beds could do with being renewed and maybe new mattresses. Extra pillows would also be a help.

    Perfect location and responsive host

    The property is well equipped and spacious flat in an apartment block. Location is excellent and very quiet with 2 minutes walk to the nearest large Interspar and 5 minutes walk to Lidl, 15 minutes walk to the beach and 15 min to the old centre of Zadar. It has two good size bedroom, comfortable living area and balcony. Washing machine and dryer was also a welcome bonus as we were already travelling for 10 days prior to our arrival to Zadar. Air-condition in all the rooms is set to a very pleasant temperature. Ana is a very helpful and responsive host with fluent English. She even offered us a free tour of Zadar which we sadly didn’t take on due to the heat.

    A little more attention could be paid to cleaning. The place wasn’t dirty as such but the bathroom drain and corners around furniture could be cleaned more often, furniture and inside the wardrobes could be wiped and dusted. It would also be a bonus if there is a small bedside light in the bedrooms. The property is on the 3rd floor which might be an issue for some people but it was no problem for us.

    The apartment was clean, had everything what we needed and was in close proximity to the old city. The host was very friendly and gave us a lot of advices.
