  La ubicación, estaba muy cerca del centro de Ronda. También la estancia, estuvimos bastante cómodos y todo muy bien.

  A well equipped, beautifully presented apartment right in the heart of Ronda.

  The apartment was in an excellent location - 2 minutes walk from the main shopping street, with its bars, cafes and shops - and 10 minutes walk from the spectacular bridge. It was very well presented, with lovely tiled floors and an absolutely amazing bathroom. The kitchen was huge and well-equipped, and even had an oven. Great if you like to cook! There was a lovely little terrace with views of the square and the mountains.

  There was a bit of street noise late into the evening (I think particularly as we were there during carnaval week!) but it was generally quiet overnight. And worth it for the central location!

  N’aurait pas du être loué avant d’avoir subi les travaux nécessaires.

  Bonne localisation à distance de marche des principaux centres d’intérêt. Stationnement facile (fin février).

  La région a subi des fortes pluies et inondations début février. Quand nous sommes arrivés, le propriétaire a mentionné qu’il y avait des taches sur le mur de la chambre mais que c’était sans gravité et qu’un cadeau (bouteille de vin) nous attendait pour compenser la situation. En réalité, le mur complet de la chambre présentait des traces de moisissures ajoutées à un forte odeur de peinture. La 2eme chambre n’était pas utilisable et la pièce du bas (salon, salle à manger) présentait des signes d’humidité. Le propriétaire a minimisé les problèmes et n’a fait aucun geste de compensation en dehors d’une bouteille de vin. Nous avons été mis sur le fait accompli le jour du check-in sans possibilité de rechercher une autre option.

  Felt that property should not have been let before sorting out damp issue

  Location

  The top bedroom was unusable as it had damp stains all on the wall and despite the airfreshers in the room , the room smelt very very badly of damp. The hosts told me they had tried to fix it four times this year but clearly it had not been sorted. The terrace furniture was broken and chairs rickety. They were in my opinion too unstable and unsafe to sit on. This was not mentioned in the details. The toilet seat had rusted off too and there was no shampoo in the shower.
