    Nice place to stay, next to lake Duluti, had a great guided walk, Gardens at hotel are beautiful.

    very tasty buffet with egg options to be cooked on request

    Was asked to sign a bill to be added to our room that was incorrect, was told it would be corrected the next morning. The staff was not happy that I refused to do this and told them I would wait until the morning to sign when it was corrected. It was corrected the next day, but our server was not happy with our decision.

    Lovely hotel to rewind and relax after a long flight before our safari

    Very friendly staff in the dining room and bar . Fantastic food choice at dinner and lunch, and beautiful grounds. The rooms were spacious and had adequate facilities.

    It’s a shame there wasn’t a pool. Also the staff on reception need to smile a bit more.

    Fantastic!

    Facility is clean & beautiful. Nature environment, garden was wonderful to walk. Restaurant, bar was beautiful. Shower pressure in the room was great!! Bed pillow was also perfectly soft. Variety artistic products in the gift shop, and arts in the hotel was beautiful. Really enjoyed!!!

    Nothing, but if I have to say, It was pity that we couldn’t open the door to the outside nature from the room at first. So we had to move to another room. But then it was ok. ( Not a big problem )
