    Location is fantastic walk to town and across from the beach

    The pillows were too high … we all had very necks, worse pillows ever! Couldn’t work the tv Outdoor balcony was very dirty couldn’t sit outside

    Great location and fabulous property management

    Easy walking access to Byron shops and beach. Lots of room for our family group. As we were there in winter they had suitable warm bedding available. Super easy communication with the property manager.

    Driveway parking due to garden shape was not big enough for 2 standard 4WD vehicle (prado). There was parking available out front on roadside for other vehicle but not in driveway as mentioned in accomodation details.

    Jug and toaster.

    Beds too small and mobile when leaning back. Should say Queen or Double. Large Double is not a fair description. Kitchen rubbish bin in bad location. Lounge furniture looked quite tired No ceiling fans Could not get the air con in loft to work.
