    Tolles Penthouse in ruhiger Lage

    Ruhige Lage. Tiefgarage mit Lift. Viel Platz. Studenclub gleich um die Ecke. Aussicht von Terrasse.

    In den Badezimmern können die Nachbarn komplett einsehen. Hier wäre eine Folie oder Plissees wirklich notwendig!

    Erholsame 5 Tage / 4 Personen in einer sehr schönen, modernen und geräumigen Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Anbindung

    Sehr schöne, geräumige, neue und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit langem Balkon. Ausreichende Anschlüsse für elektronisches Gerät in jedem Zimmer und gutes WLAN. 😉 Ruhige Lage in sauberen Wohngebiet. Tiefgarage mit 2 Stellplätzen, von wo man mit dem Gepäck die Wohnung über den Fahrstuhl leicht erreichen kann.

    Auf dem Balkon wäre ein Sonnenschutz (z.B. Sonnenschirm) angenehm. 🥵 Achtung - Bei Regen kann man die Balkontür nicht offen lassen, da es sonst reinregnet.
