Please, note that we are a home for tourist use, in a building with a community of owners attached to the current regulations for horizontal use. (Law 49/1960, of July 21, on horizontal property). ALL USERS MUST RESPECT THE COMMON AREAS. WE HAVE NO RECEPTION. No staff there physically. (Check the accommodations regulations to find out our obligations). The passenger report for the Civil Guard is mandatory (Order INT/321/2021, of March 31, which modifies Order INT/1922/2003, of July 3). We will provide you with the enter codes in order to access to the apartment.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
