Maison très confortable à proximité de plages magnifiques dans une ambiance surfers
Maison moderne très confortable, très bonne qualité générale. Quartier très agréable Proximité de plages fantastiques (superbes vues, spots de surfs,…) - et du point de vue depuis le restaurant O capitao
À savoir : la plage la plus proche (monte clerigo) est super agréable, très belle, est un spot de surf magnifique pour les bons surfers, avec 2 restos sympas, mais il y a une énorme pente et 20mns de marche pour y aller. En voiture, on limite la remontée à 10 minutes max, tout à fait supportable mais à savoir si on est avec des enfants, il faut s’organiser un peu pour descendre à la plage

Amazing modern villa. Well located to the beach monte clérigo and Aljezur
Everything was perfect. Just one remark from our side. The baby crib (requested in advance my message) didn’t have sheets and we weren’t informed during previous conversations

The house is spacious with all amenities for a comfortable stay.
Some of the amenities in the house require repair or update. The air conditioning in the living room did not work. There is a very noticeable smell of canalization, especially in living room / kitchen. We could not use the pool. It was dirty on our arrival. When cleaned on the last day of our stay, the cleaners put so much chlorine in the water that it was not safe to swim. My testing device was out of the range for chlorine because its level exceeded 6 ppm. To compare I maintain chlorine between 1 and 1,5 ppm in my own pool. To summarize - the house has potential but requires improvement of the maintenance, otherwise it is not worth the money paid
